according to BBC News, a recent report finds that 1 out of 10 people in the UK still think HIV can be transmitted through spitting or kissing. even more alarming is that 1 out of 5 don't know it can be spread between a man and woman.

I saw a report on my local TV station that said that HIV continues to spread in American cities. Why aren't young people heeding the message and using condoms? Is unprotected sex worth a life time of being on toxic drugs?
