Aids or HIV Diagnosis

When I was first diagnosed in 05 my T cells were at 286/13.6%. 3 months later they were at 169/14.1%. Since then they have been over 300. I am also UD. I have never has an OI. Would I be diagnosised with Aids or HIV?
