Tested neg 3.5 mths elisa 3rd generation, and neg hiv1 pcr

Hi, would a hiv pcr test be best to get if you have ohl(hairy tongue on the tongue and white creamy cheeks)? I am past the 6month window period. Last negative was Jan 01. Last exposure was June 2000. Thanks and God Bless.
