I just got a negative on a 27 day DNA PCR. I actually thought it was the 28th day - but later calculated it to be the 27th day (darn February!)

The number to call is 1-800-584-8183 about the conclusive 28 day dna pcr. they also do the regular elisa. i got the number from the cdc. the rep their said the test is conclusive after 28 days but it could pick up hiv as early as six days. just as... Read more »
