Receive Oral Sex w/ condom but have herpes ulcer

I thought this question could be relevant for this panel so here goes. About 1 month ago, I receive oral sex from a female sex worker where she put the condom on w/ her mouth. At this time, I had a genital herpes ulcer on the foreskin on my penis....

As long as the condom was intact, you should not be concerned with HIV transmission. However, condoms are not completely effective in preventing the transmission of the herpes virus and you may have put the sex worker at risk.DR... Read more »

I may have caught the HIV Virus. It's EXACTLY 7 weeks after the exposure. There are recurring bad/sore throat, swell-like inflammed area under the tongue. I even had an ulcer on the palate of my mouth... Read more »

Does anybody know how long do the acute infection symptoms last ? - I had most of them at begining of week 5 and they have already lasted 4 weeks. Some say 2 days to 2 weeks, others say several weeks. I do not know who or what to believe.
