11 days before, i made an oral sex with a girl without protection, then i ejected into her mouth, maybe around 1 miniute. 2 days later, i had doubts, so i took her to test HIV. The result is she infected HIV+. I did not know to take PEP medication...

Should I test after performing oral sex on a woman of unknown status if this is the only thing I have done since my negative test 142 days from my last possible exposure? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
