Those recommendations are usually the first approach to lowering lipids. However, if that doesn't work in a few months, you could consider staying on that regimen and adding a statin and/or a fibrate, or changing your regimen to a more lipid...

The Norvir recall has me wondering, too......I was at 1000-3000 VL for a year on the stuff after being und for only 4 months on Norvir/Saq. Then in April this year it zoomed to 76,000...down to 32,000 a month later and up in June to 62,000.... Read more »
