That is quite a robust CD4 count for someone who has completed chemotherapy. In time your CD4 count should rise even further! In terms of the neuropathy, it should get better in time. Many drugs are available for it. You may find out which is best... Read more »

Protease inhibitors can aggravate neuropathy but not to the degree usually seen with some of the "D" drugs (ddI, ddC, D4T). I have used a lot of Norvir + Reyataz and have only had several patients in whom I thought their neuropathy worsed... Read more »
