That is quite a robust CD4 count for someone who has completed chemotherapy. In time your CD4 count should rise even further! In terms of the neuropathy, it should get better in time. Many drugs are available for it. You may find out which is best... Read more »

Recommend evaluation for vitamin and other micro-nutrient deficiencies. Referral to HIV-knowledgeable neurologist and pain specialist often helpful. Use of drugs like gabapentin sometimes helpful but aggressive pain relief is key to maintaining good... Read more »

I have had neuropathy in my feet for 4 years now in varying degrees of pain, sometimes light, sometimes crippling. I had some decent results using acetyl-L-carnetine, which seemed to have helped the pain some, but now it has come back in full force.... Read more »
