Has there been anyone here, that has PERSONALLY tested negative at 6 weeks (or so) and then later went back and tested positive??

Wait longer than six months before positive results?

About two years ago, I donated blood to the American Red Cross. A few weeks later I received a letter that said I could no longer donate blood and I should get tested for HIV. I made an appointment with my gynecologist right away and I was tested...

Hello,You are definitively and conclusively HIV negative. Your test at the Red Cross was a false-positive. Your subsequent negative tests out to six months confirm that the initial test was "falsely" positive. HIV is not your problem. No... Read more »
