It would be unusual to go from a viral load of 100,000 to undetectable without therapy. An exception might be in those rare individuals with primary (new) infection who establish great control without treatment. I suspect a more likely explanation...

What does it mean when you're viral load is stable for a long time and then suddenly starts jumping a lot? my other #'s are going down too. I dont know whats wrong with me or why this is hapening but maybe someone here knows what could cause this....
