OK-It is MUCH harder for a women to give it to a man, for the obvious reasons-HIV has to be exposed to a mucous membrance and the only one on the penis is the opening of the Urethra. It is much easier the other way as the vagina is a BIG membrane. Som... Read more » link CDC transmission risk table
