What Is Epzicom? Epzicom is a pill that contains two drugs used to fight HIV: abacavir (Ziagen) and Epivir (lamivudine, 3TC). Epzicom is manufactured by ViiV Healthcare. My Dr. recently switched me from Sustiva to Viramune. The dosing I am on is 400mg (2-200mg) 1xday in the morning along with videx-EC and Ziagen. I have always seen the normal dosing of viramune as 200mg 2x a day. Is the once a day dosing now...
