I am looking at changing from Sustiva to Kaletra (My Nuke backbone is Truvada), however I have concerns about the side effect profile of Kaletra.

I am on about day 45 of this regimen, my first. Reached undetectable under 30 days, will see doc again on September 7, 6 days away. I have to do labs prior to going, and I gave in to temptation and had two glasses of wine the past three days.
