Throwing up within minutes after taking meds

If one throws up within a few minutes after taking meds (3tc, d4t and stocrin), should you immediately take it again or wait until the next normal time?

I am currently in my final week of PEP (a combination of Combid twice daily and Stocrin thrice daily). One of my double doses (1 Combin and 1 Stocrin) got damaged by water - this means I'm missing a dose at the end of the course. Is this a problem?...
