Don't worry, especially for PEP it will be OK. We also use Kaletra as 4 tablets once daily and it is effective and safe at that dose. It can cause some more GI upset. Since we are not treating an established infection with virus growing in... Read more »

I am looking at changing from Sustiva to Kaletra (My Nuke backbone is Truvada), however I have concerns about the side effect profile of Kaletra.
