Persons with HIV/AIDS are more likely to have severe sinus infections so an evaluation for that is warranted (often might need decongestant and perhaps another antimicrobial). Taking meds for fever is usually OK but would inform your HIV provider... Read more »

I've read that those who are infected almost always have a fever up to week 4 at least. Is this true? Can someone seroconvert without any fever? Is it possible to have a fever from week 4 onwards?
