I'm not sure why you're taking 4 antidepressants. You might want to review that with your doctors to make sure that you really need all of them. If you can get by with one, that is certainly less complicated, safer, and less likely to... Read more »

There is no absolute best answer since absorption rate and effect can vary from person to person. The goal is often to either stimulate appetite or decrease nausea so experimenting with timing in the range of 30 minutes to right before meal is often... Read more »
