I have read that preexisting conditions can cause HIV false positive results. I was diagnosed HIV positive in 1991 and I have malaria as well. I have never been sick and continue to work 3 jobs. Is it psosible that I have been misdiagnosed?...

You don't indicate what tests were performed then that were positive and whether any such tests (particularly a HIV western blot) have been repeated, and whether your CD4 count and viral load have been monitored actively since.... Read more »
