My CD4 count has dropped to about 467. My VL is 2210 (no worries). What are some things that I can do to bring my CD4 count back up to 800-1,000? Suggestions are much appreciated. Does diet affect this, sleep, etc.

I tested poz fairly recently, and got my first CD4/Viral Load test back.The numbers were not looking very good - 330/3104. While the viral load was low, the CD4 count was low also. My doctor was concerned, and told me to get another CD4 count down... Read more » cd4 count

is there any way of getting around having an hiv test? like could i just have my doctor test my cd4 count instead. would you be able to tell from that whether or not it seemed like i needed to be tested?
