Something must have happened with the assay. It would be unlikely for your absolute count to go from 308 to 20 in that time and yet have the percent increase by 6%. I think it just needs to be repeated.... Read more »

My CD4 count has dropped to about 467. My VL is 2210 (no worries). What are some things that I can do to bring my CD4 count back up to 800-1,000? Suggestions are much appreciated. Does diet affect this, sleep, etc. Read more »

I tested poz fairly recently, and got my first CD4/Viral Load test back.

The numbers were not looking very good - 330/3104. While the viral load was low, the CD4 count was low also. My doctor was concerned, and told me to get another CD4 count down... Read more »
