I went to my basement in my building shoeless. I stepped on a lancet, the ones that are use to check blood sugar. It's a tiny needle, but it did pierce my skin. Is this a risk. I didn't think so cause it was proabably on the floor for a while ...

I saw a report on my local TV station that said that HIV continues to spread in American cities. Why aren't young people heeding the message and using condoms? Is unprotected sex worth a life time of being on toxic drugs?
