Lopinavir + Ritonavir (Kaletra)

Xanax and Kaletra

Could you please avise if there is any danger in taking low dose xanax .25 mg (I only take it occasionally - maybe 2x a month for anxiety attacks), and Kaletra?

...only take Xanax infrequently. I would want to take it at the lowest possible dose, and in a setting where you can afford to be drowsy or lethargic for many hours, to see how things will go. Read more »

Non-Drowsy Anti-Emetic

I am currently on a regimen including Kaletra and have obtained good results but the nausea and occasional vomiting are really annoying. Is there a Anti-Emetic that won't make me sleepy? Read about Kytril. Any other choices?

The approach I would take is to split the dose (actually 200 mg in the morning and 400 mg in the evening) and see how it goes. If this does not work, you may have to switch medications. Thankfully, many other choices that do not have this side... Read more »
