Hi! I've been hiv positive for 18 years. My VL is 480 and my Hiv is less than 50.It just seems like I get alot of sinus infections over the years. At least 4- 5 times a year.Is there anything I could be eating or doing different not to get them....

Though I have tested negative on ELISA hiv 1&2 at 4 months after an exposure, I have developed massive sinus infections and got a polyp in the left maxillary antrum. Are sinus polyps common in early HIV.
