I don't think there is any problem to use Accutane in the presence of HIV infection and if you are not taking HIV meds. From a previous post of mine a couple of years ago: Accutane is not listed as a drug which is absolutely contraindicated... Read more »

WHat is the HIV rash like? Dr. Bob said "papular eruption". My rash is above, on, and below my armpits. It is just red and raised skin. It itches, but I keep hydrocortizone on it, and it helps. DO I HAVE HIV? Read more »
