How important is it to eat just before going to bed while on HAART? Recently I have been having really bad nausea in the morning when I wake up. Would this be related?

medication side effect

my brother is just recently diagnosed with hiv. and just 3 days ago started the medication. his cd4 count is in 200 range and after he started the medication he feels nausiated and also trow up and very unstable walking, very weak. is that normal.
