Is it against the law not to disclose your status the person you're engaging in sexual acts as long as you're taking the appropriate preventative measures (ie, on medication and using protections, etc.)?...

when i was diagnosed my doctor told me that i am classified as HIV strain 2 and with cd4 count of 5 as of 2007 and now 1095 of october 2010...i have a partner and the doctor told him that his HIV 1 & 2 strain and not taking medications yet...
