Please see a doc about this. Of course you have some risk. Although Herpes does transmit more easily than HIV, you could have acquired both. I suggest that you get tested now and in a few weeks. Be more careful in the future.Be well.... Read more »

I have tested NEG on 14 day Elisa, 28 day PCR/Elisa,
6 and 8 week Elisa. On the 8th week I learn I have herpes.
Do I need to continue with HIV testing or is 8 weeks finr.
