H1N1 vaccine

HelloThis may seem like a silly question, but why shouldn't HIV(+) individuals get the "attenuated live virus" that is available through the flu-nasal mist especially if one has already had the regular flu shot over a month ago?

Hepatitis

A few weeks ago my friend got into a fight and was bitten by someone who I'm worried has Hepatitis. The skin was broken and he was bleeding. Can he contract the disease? Thank you
