A burnt tongue would be very similar to the look of erythematous candidiasis and somewhat similar in regards to symptoms. The difference lies in the fact that the symptoms associated with a burnt tongue will usually clear up after a day or so.... Read more »

Erythematous candidiasis can present during seroconversion illness. There has been recent research which has shown a relationship between candidiasis and viral load.Now would I expect this to be the only sign or symptom? More likely than not, no.... Read more »
