i am sure i have ohl. oral hairy luekoplakia. i have had a tounge problem now for at least 3 months. i read and read about possible problems, went to the dr. not thrush! seems to resolve on it's own but comes back. affects my inner cheecks too.... Read more »

I dont know as yet if I am HIV +ve or -ve. I have a white streak along the sides my tongue and it is not painful. It can be scraped away easily and I have removed it. I dont have any other symptoms. I have a habit of chewing tongue and cheek.

Does anyone know when hairy leukoplakia appears if someone gets infected ? - The back of my tongue is white and,after having seen a doctor, he told me that it was not a fungal infection.
