There should be no significant interaction between these antivirals and HIV meds. We don't know the risk level, but likely those with very low CD4 counts would be at greater risk. I don't think there is anything special that anyone else...

swine flu vaccine causes ITP on hiv+ not on meds.dear all the proteines contained on the swine flu vaccine accelerated a downfall on my bloodplates for 90K to 3K in 3 weeks time, causing ITP , now I am on prednisol and had to start with haart (atripla). Thanks for posting that-I had not seen a report linking H1N1 vaccine to severe ITP in HIV+ persons. We have been routinely giving the injection form of the vaccine to our HIV+ patients and have not seen any such complications but will remain...
