The risk of lactic acidosis from Atripla is very low (<<< 1%) so that ordinarily is not much of a concern. Symptoms of lactic acidosis are non-specific and can include increasing fatigue, muscle aching, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weight... Read more »
