If you have been on the HIV meds for a while (>> months) then unlikely that the rash is due to those medications. Both Adderall and Trileptal can cause rashes (sometimes very serious necessitating stopping meds and treatment). Timing of rash... Read more »

The skin rash you have may result from an allergy to one of the drugs you are on and you should definitely contact your clinician to discuss it. While rash is not a common side effect with the drugs you mention, and severe rash is very uncommon,... Read more »
