That is not really a significant difference between those two viral load values. You don't indicate whether you have been offered or had any HBV specific treatment. You may want to discuss your situation with a liver specialist.... Read more »

You don't indicate why the test was performed, what other HBV tests were obtained and the results of those tests. I suggest you discuss the result with your doctor who can put it in the context of why the test was ordered.... Read more »

I personally would be concerned about this. In HIV, for example, we know that patients can be "superinfected" with another strain of virus. I would be concerned that the same thing could happen in this situation that you describe.... Read more »
