can you get hiv/aids if you.. (QTND: HIV TRANSMISSION BETWEEN TWO HIV NEGATIVES, 2008)

me and my partner have been curious about trying anal sex. we are both hiv/aids free and free of any other std's. we were curious, can we get aids from anal sex even if you both are disease free?
