You don't indicate when your prior tests were in relation to this one. It would be highly unlikely that you had an illness a couple of months ago, tested positive, and have an absolute CD4 count of 30. Are you sure that 30 is not the percentage...

i have heard that if you test say 8 yrs after an exposure and ur neg the hiv test would not pick up the infection bcause your body has been infected to long that you stop producing antibodies is this true and also wooould swollen nodes not show up...
