It will be two weeks after my 4 week 1 day test was taken and still no results. I called 2 days ago and they weren't in yet so my assumption is I have HIV and it's taking so long because they have to confirm my first positive test.

Depends on the lab that does it. It could take longer than 4 days to get the results back.... Read more »

4 week long enough for accurate result

Your CD4 count is good and is in the normal range (500-1500). Your viral load of 132,000 is in the high range. I assume that result was from when you were not on HIV meds. Missing a dose or two is generally not sufficient for resistance to develop,... Read more »
