Intermittent treatment such as you describe is not recommended. Two of the three drugs in your regimen have a relatively low barrier to resistance (the raltegravir and emtricitabine) and once resistance develops it is permanent and would compromise... Read more »

I would like to know if headaches caused by HIV are very severe or mild. I have been having very slight headaches for a week already, especially in the mornings when i wake up, but then seem to disappear as the day goes on. Thanks.
