Most of these questions don't have answers. It is very likely that an STD infected discharge has many more HIV infected cells and therefore many more copies of infectious virus to infect a recepient of these secretions.... Read more »

Ask the doctor or clinician to check for throat, for urethral, for anal and for blood STDs.
