Breast milk can transmit HIV although this would be a very very unusual mechanism for HIV transmission for an adult. I think the risk is low but an HIV test under these circumstances and given you have sex with sex workers seems advisable. DW... Read more »

guys, i was having this wild idea. if continous exposure of breastmilk to a baby can cause hiv; what if, you are hiv+ and take breast milk-meaning exposure in low doses. wouldnt that help develop an individuals immunity? reactions!!! Read more »
