It's hard to make a diagnosis over the internet. Nothing you described to me sounds like KS. The only sure way to make a sure diagnosis of KS is to biopsy a persistent pigmented spot. It doesn't sound like your spot is very persistent....

Kaposi's sarcoma progressing despite HAARTI got a kaposi's sarcoma on one on my toe almst a year ago and it was treated with radiotherapy and it went away. At that point i started taking Atripla.
