I was recently dx hiv+, hep a & b negative, but no mention of hcv. On a recent cbc myAST was 151 (normal 0-45, ALT 140 (n 0-50) LDH normal, GGT 119 (n 2-45)--this is prior to starting hiv tx. Is this something to be concerned about? I can't ask...
