i know this sounds like a really stupid question, but i work in a healthcare organization and is there any way that you can look at someone and tell that he or she has aids? thank you...

how do i tell him that i know he had aids

I don't know what to tell my partner. for the last 4 years since i knew him,we have never had sex without a condom. he was later diagonised to have diabetes. he has been taking some drugs to which i knew they are hiv/aids kaletra and Riblovin....
