Hi,My doctor after a routine examination explained to me that if your blood work e.g. WBC shows normal range, it can almost be a proxy for an HIV test beacuse if HIV infected one's WBC result in blood test would be very high. Is this correct....

Hi,Are you sure he's a real doctor? Or is he just a proxy? I do not agree! There are no proxies for an HIV test and to suggest a WBC count can be used in that way demonstrates a shocking lack of basic HIV medical knowledge. WBC counts can be... Read more »
