Your symptoms are not typical of HIV. It sounds like you may well have another STD. Blood tests will only determine if you have syphilis. You should seek care and have cultures done to look for other STDs, such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.... Read more »

Dr. Robert, from internet based search I have found that HIV was recognized on 1st of December, 1981. But when HTLV-III was recognized? Or HTLV I-II as initially they were considered to be the same as HTLV-III or HIV?...
