From all the articles i read the specificity on the test is 100% which means if your negative then your really negative unless your in the window period.

I had a risky encounter about 8 and a half - 9 months back.

last week i went to the doctor and i Did a HIV 1/2 Ab + P24 Ag test.

How accurate wil this test be at 9 months? before that i also did a HIV PCR test. is that also acurate?
