my cd4 count is 366

hello first time here but i just got back my CD4 report and it was at 366 but my VL was only 9375. my Dr. want to start me on med buti was told that my VL should be near 55,000 & i'm scared of the sidefects what should I do next?

...I agree with your doctor. Your CD4 count is right at where the HIV treatment guidelines suggest starting treatment. I would not use the absolute viral load level as a guideline for starting treatment in you. Read more »
