We are Confused...Labs Results Non Reactive but they also mention they found "something" i might do a test later

My boyfriend got a hiv 1/2 test and the result is NON REACTIVE but they add a note saying they found "something" that not necessary it's related with hiv + and he might do a test later on ... My question is the Non Reactive in this...

Hi,"Non-reactive" does indeed mean HIV negative. I have absolutely no idea what the note stating them "found something" could possibly be referring to. You'll need to check with the lab or have your doctor check with the lab... Read more »

The Chance of going from a Non Reactive to Postive at 3 months is none.
