If the probability of being infected in a single exposure is p = 1/1000, the probability of being infected in n exposures is given by the binomial: P(n) = 1 - (1-p)^n in our case, if n where 1000, the probability of being infected in 1000 exposures...

Ok there have been a hugh leap in recent studies that Gay and Bi-sexual men are more likely to contact Hiv.
